Shipping policy

While we try our hardest to get our products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5-7 business days (before shipping) processing time for orders. This does not include the time it takes once the package has been dropped off with the mailing service. In the summer months, any products that are prone to damage from the heat may be delayed in shipping so the products do not sit in the warehouse getting warm. We try to ensure our products get to you in the way that we intended and most items that are subject to melting are packaged with ice packs and frozen.
